NAR apostle by God isn’t necessarily a public event that can be confirmed with outside validation, as when Christ appointed the Twelve and Paul. Past appointments by Christ were objective events allowing for public verification. The appointment of NAR apostles by God seems very different from the appointments of the apostles of Christ.
